Ashok Kumar Rajgarhia, from a mica baron family of Giridih in Bihar (now Jharkhand), managed CMR Pvt. Ltd. (Joint Family Business) till 1988. He was involved in the business management and administration of CMR and now leads the efficient working of the DAR Group of Companies. His dynamic persona has helped to comprehend complex communication needs of Ayodhya Eye Hospital in a competent manner. He emblazons his flexible and adaptable temperament in reaching out and diversifying the family business to the present flourishing enterprise. It is under the focused leadership and the persuading approach of Mr.Ashok Rajgarhia that the organization today is well regarded for its credibility, customer satisfaction and timely delivery. He not just drives an efficient team but also creates trendsetting examples in the industry.
